Where is the Contrib-SSL-jar file now-a-days?

I followed the blogspot URL (above) and found another URL in the blog post:
http://cid-d1ce058b7e50e9b8.office.live.com/browse.aspx/ScorpionGeek?uc=1&lc=1033
Following this new URL resulted in a page that said:
"This item might not exist or is no longer available"

Anyone any ideas?
